Terms & Conditions Agreement for The Brand Strength Company, AndreaGuevara.com, AuthorBrandStrength.com and any Brand Strength workshops, events, Author Brand Strength Group Program, Author Community, and other offerings.

We take your information and you, seriously. Being a part of this program means you agree to treat others with respect and keep the information shared in these sessions confidential unless you gain express permission to share. We want this to be an inclusive place where we can trust each other to have our best interests at heart. We reserve the right to refuse inclusion to anyone (or remove anyone without refund due to poor conduct) we believe is a NOT good fit for continuing to work with me and my team.

If you are signing up for something that requires monthly or repeat payments, you will be auto-billed according to the payment schedule that you choose during checkout. If you need to change your card on file, login to your Teachery account and update your billing information here. By purchasing, you agree that we will keep your card on file and charge you automatically according to these terms.

TERMS:

The Brand Strength Company is a branding consulting firm. Advice given can and will be altered per author. In no event will Andrea Guevara dba The Brand Strength Company (TBSC) or our Licensors or Affiliates be accountable for loss of revenue or time caused by use of or lack of use of consulting advice, recommendations, information shared, recommendations, graphic development, website design/functionality, sales performance or the like in any kind generating profitability or profit loss from the author support, services, trainings, workshops, coaching, advice, coaching or similar support given to clients. TBSC offers no warranty over products, consulting or services delivered. TBSC reserves the right to change contractual terms at any time.

SOFTWARE: At times clients shall be entitled to access online services or software offered to clients from TBSC. No guarantee is made to the accessibility or reliability of such online software or services. TBSC reserves the right to cancel online services at any time.

By completing your registration, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms regarding the recording of this session:

LIVE EVENT RECORDING AGREEMENT:

The Host is defined as Andrea Guevara, and/or The Brand Strength Company.

1. Consent to Recording • You understand that this class, workshop, or event is being recorded. • You give the Host full permission to capture your name, face, voice, image, video, and any questions, answers, or chat text you share during the session.

2. How the Recording Will Be Used • For Other Participants: The Host will share the recording with current, past, or future students as part of the class materials. • For Marketing: The Host may use short clips, screenshots, audio snippets, or chat messages to promote future classes. This may include uses on websites, social media, promotional emails, and online ads. • Editing: The Host has the right to edit, crop, or trim the recording. You waive the right to inspect or approve the final version before it is shared.

3. Ownership and Payment • The Host owns all rights to the recording and any materials made from it. • You agree that you will receive no money, royalties, or compensation for the use of your voice, image, or comments.

4. Release of Liability • You release the Host from any legal claims, demands, or lawsuits related to privacy, defamation, or copyright regarding these recordings.

BY PURCHASING THE SERVICE, COACHING, CONSULTING, ADVICE OR PRODUCT, OR USING EQUIPMENT THAT CONTAINS THIS PRODUCT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, RETURN THIS WORKBOOK OR CANCEL YOUR CONSULTING SESSION PROMPTLY.

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY FOR USING AND/OR LICENSING OUR MATERIALS

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and TBSC. Training Workbook and related Webinars, Consulting, Videos, Materials and Online Training (the “Program”). The Program includes associated media, printed materials, templates and “online” or electronic documentation (“Documentation”). By purchasing, installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Once you have agreed to this EULA and you have downloaded or purchased the book Program and Documentation, you are not entitled to a refund.
